It now provides the neighborhood with a shelterhouse, play system, basketball court, and park benches. Donation of labor and materials were from GM Powertrain, the City of Bedford, L & J Lawn Service, Lawrence County Community Corrections, and neighborhood residents. |

Future Park
A new pocket park will be constructed in 2006 on Hillcrest Road across from Hamilton Court Apartments on a lot owned by the City of Bedford. BUEA has budgeted for its 4th pocket park and is seeking grants to make it possible for this park to have many more features to offer to area residents. |
